🔹 Exclusive WTTC Tour – Led by Rahul Yarala, Executive Director of WTTC, this behind-the-scenes look showcases how 90-meter turbine blades are tested under ISO/IEC 17025 protocols, why reliability matters for offshore safety, and how WTTC innovations are shaping global clean energy.
🔹 Technical Presentation: Offshore Wind Hazards & Safety Practices – Delivered by Tom Cassidy, CSP, SMP, CMIOSH, CEST, AVI – QHSE Manager at Ocean Winds & Vice Chair of the G+ Americas Focal Group. With more than 18 offshore wind projects under his belt worldwide, Tom will unpack the unique hazards of marine operations, heavy lifts, turbine installation, subsea cabling, and work at height. He will also discuss the Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and share case studies from U.S. and international offshore projects.
