Event promotion

Create a flyer, LinkedIn posts, emails, and website copy for an ASSP event.

Replace the brackets with your details. Write "not confirmed" for anything you do not know. Rough notes are fine. To collect details first, use the event brief.

Help me create promotional materials for an ASSP event.

Use the ASSP Leader Toolkit at https://assp.rividor.com for guidance: the Examples section (graphics, emails, LinkedIn posts, and website copy) for tone and layout, and the Branding section for colors, fonts, and logo rules. If you are connected to the toolkit's MCP server, search and read those pages yourself. If you cannot access them, tell me which pages or files to attach before starting.

Create:
- An event flyer image.
- A LinkedIn announcement and reminder.
- An email invitation and reminder, with subject lines.
- Website registration copy.

Keep the language clear, welcoming, and professional. Use only confirmed facts. Ask for essential missing details in one short list; leave optional unconfirmed details out of the materials.

Use original logo files without redrawing or changing them. Do not invent a speaker photo or community logo. Keep the flyer concise and readable on a phone. Put fuller details in the accompanying copy.

Provide every file for download, with editable text and a downloadable flyer, so I can save them together in our chapter's shared folder under the event date and title. Show me the drafts for review; do not publish or send them.

Only need one item?

Use the same event details, but replace the "Create" list with one of these requests:

  • "Create one square graphic for LinkedIn and a matching caption."
  • "Create a printable one-page flyer and an image version for sharing online."
  • "Write a short reminder email with a subject line."
  • "Create website registration copy with a description, discussion highlights, and event details."

For coffee chats, ask for a conversational invitation.
