A fictional roster and two practice transcripts for learning the workflow.
These are fictional examples. The September completed meeting shows the desired format; it does not match either practice transcript.

- Blank meeting template (.docx)
Exercise 1: November 10, 2026
Start with the blank template for November 10, 2026 and the Prepare next meeting prompt. Use this fictional roster: Daniel Okafor (president), Karen Schultz (president-elect), Linda Marsh (treasurer), Priya Nair (secretary), Tom Reyes (programs), Dev Patel (membership), and Maya Lindqvist (student section liaison); Ron Castillo (past president) is also named in the transcript. The transcript's voting-member count does not clearly reconcile with all listed roles, so leave voting eligibility and quorum requirements for confirmation.
Use agenda topics Welcome, Previous minutes, Treasurer report, President's update, Programs, Membership, Student section, Awards banquet, Newsletter and website, New business, and Adjournment.
For the exercise, mark attendance from the transcript yourself, including Dev's late arrival and Ron's absence; use [CONFIRM] for quorum rather than inventing a rule. Then run the Draft minutes prompt.
Exercise 2: December 8, 2026
To practice carrying actions forward, reset your reviewed November output for December 8 and use the December transcript. The December exercise has an open secretary seat and Karen taking notes; update the roster and agenda from the scenario before generating minutes.
Some transcript details remain ambiguous on purpose: practice flagging them rather than guessing.
